Does anyone have any idea what this is?
The design and workmanship seems too high for it to be an amusement park ride -- but it's awfully low to the ground to be a real car. Let us know what you think.

This blog started as a supplement to a quarterly print newsletter, MINUTIA.
Well...the Microcar & Minicar Club folded several years ago. And with it, the quarterly newsletter ceased publication. So, there's no club, and no newsletter. But that doesn't mean that the club's online presence needs to end.
I've decided to "resurrect" the blog portion, and start some postings. If you like them...great. If you don't...well, it's not like you're paying for this.
