Is that how the saying goes -- or was it "killing birds with stones" -- or maybe something about a "bird in hand" -- maybe it was "a bird in time saves nine"...?
Oh well. It's something like that.
At any rate, if you are interested in birds -- and we mean the kind of birds you can drive -- check out the upcoming Bonhams Vintage New England, Imported Motorcars and Automobilia auction to be held on September 26th in Brookline, Massachusetts.
Lot #435 is a 2000 Corbin Sparrow Electric Car (that's one bird), and lot #436 is a 1941 American Bantam 65 Super Roadster (that's the other bird). And they booth look pretty good -- some fine cars to feather your nest with.
